August 9th, 2016

At half past eight, we left for Maranatha Recreation Camp in Yandia. We had outdoor adventures with junior high school students today.
After we got off a bus, we listened to an instructor’s talk attentively. They taught us how to put on a harness, helmet and lifeline, then he told us how to enjoy the activity.
Then, we tired to walk on some ropes between trees. The high ropes were swinging, so I was afraid of walking through them, but I made it successfully.
After we had some fruit and cookies for morning tea, we tried another activity that we could become like a star of “Harry Potter”. A person called “possum” was raised by ten people called “Huskies”. We used leverage by ourselves. It was a lot of fun.
We had tacos for lunch. I ate it for the first time. I had ham, sliced tomato, cheese, shredded carrot and some beet in the tortilla. It tastes so delicious.
After that, high school students played volleyball together. Some played it in bare feet.
Finally, we played a game on the grass. I flipped a ball with an elastic cord, and some people caught it.
We really enjoyed all of these activities and eating tacos.
I had a wonderful time today.
